Prev Update date: Sep 02,2022 Next

Liquid crystal display module refers to a general term for modular components assembled by liquid crystal display panels and related drive circuits, backlights, integrated circuits and other components. Its structure varies with the application object of downstream products, but the difference is not large.

The assembly of these parts can be done manually or by machine.

Today we will introduce to you, the process flow of manual assembly of LCD module.

1. First of all, the first step is to assemble the backlight film: add a diffuser, a lower brightening film, and an upper brightening film to the finished plastic frame, and then use two black Mylars to fix the film.

2. The second part is to assemble the FOG: install the FOG in the backlight that has been assembled in the previous step.

3. The final third step is encapsulation: after the FOG is assembled, wrap the black shading glue around the module. The main purpose of this step is to prevent the module from leaking light.
