Leadtek Q2 OKR Awards Ceremony

In order to quickly respond to changes in the market environment and achieve rapid development of the organization，to improve organizational and individual agility, agency is critical.

Therefore, Leadtek used the OKR work method. After more than three months, Leadtek's Q2 OKR summary meeting was held in the new office on July 19th, 2022. Through the previous reading and sharing sessions, everyone has a deeper understanding of the OKR work management method. And put this kind of tools and methods to assist the organization and carry out management by objectives.

Through practice and adjustment we combined with the actual situation of the work and make use of work methods. Leadtek also rewards departments that have completed their Q2 goals，encourages employees to actively exert their own initiative, and puts forward suggestions and  ideas for the company's OKR, so that everyone can participate in it. Promote the linkage of various departments, so that the company can better focus on goals and allocate resources more reasonably.
