Leadtek Production Control Discussion Meeting

On August 23, Leadtek's production control discussion meeting was held in the conference room as scheduled. Leaders of Leadtek's production, purchasing, quality, and R&D departments report on the production management and control of mass production projects in the recent period.

The following points are put forward on how to further strengthen the control of production in the follow-up projects:

1. Purchasing department: Increase suppliers of excellent materials and improve the evaluation qualification standards of suppliers.

2. Quality Department: Improve the documents of the quality system, and strictly control the quality inspection of materials and products of each project.

3. R&D department: Evaluate the quality of the R&D products and optimize the design, and cooperate with the production department to produce the R&D products.

This meeting is not only conducive to more efficient, low-consumption, flexible, and punctual production of qualified products, improving Leadtek's service standards, but also of great significance for the production control of follow-up projects.
