The stability test of LCD display is an indispensable step in the production process of LCD display, It is also a testing link in the production and testing of LCD display screens, and an important testing process to ensure stable performance of products under extreme conditions.

What is shown in the video is the high temperature aging test, and the environmental test experiment is carried out on the product:

High temperature storage experiment (60℃, 96H)
Low temperature storage experiment (-20℃, 96H)

High temperature and high humidity experiment (60℃, 85%RH, 96H)

Through aging and testing, the problems of the products are exposed in advance, and the problematic products are eliminated from the production line. The reliability equipment of display products includes: vibration test, salt spray test, high temperature and high humidity test, thermal shock test and other reliability test equipment.

It is of great significance to verify the reliability of the appearance, performance and packaging of the product to ensure the safety of product transportation and the stability of the use process.
