If something isn't right, we're here to help. You can expect to hear back from us within 48 hours of submitting your request. For a quick and easy return process, make sure your product meets the following requirements first:
• Return request must be made within 12 months of production date
• Products with modifications made after they were received are not covered
• Broken glass is not covered
