Display panel demand force continues in the second half of the year, to observe the consumption changes in Europe and the United States

LCD panel prices maintained strong gains in April after three consecutive seasons of surge, however, although the offer continued to rise in May, the price converged in late May. It is expected that the June panel price still increases in size, but in the second half of the year whether the demand force continues, to observe the consumption changes in Europe and the United States after the unsealed.

According to the survey, the mainstream panel quotation still continued to rise in June this year, but the rise is not synchronized, the IT application panel quotation increase is similar to last month, but some size TV panels caused by the supply chain shortage of semi-finished products inventory increased adjustment pressure, the quotation may only rise about $ 1-2.


In the third season, panel prices face a turning point where supply and demand could rebalance. On the one hand, Chinese mainland Huaxing Optoelectronics 11 generation line moving rate has pulled up, expanded the supply of 65 ", 75" and other large products, Huke Changsha 8.6 generation new factory also opened to join the supply ranks this year.


On the other hand, semiconductor and panel prices have risen for several seasons, and now the cost pressure facing the brand side has increased a lot. It needs to observe whether the brand industry can smoothly transfer the cost to the terminal price and whether consumers accept it.


In addition, with the large number of vaccines in Europe and the United States, successively unsealed and the recovery of sightseeing, it is also worth observing whether the focus and direction of consumption in Europe and the United States markets have changed, and thus affecting the demand momentum of IT products and TV products in the second half of the year.


According to the panel quotation in April and May this year, plus most dimensions still have space for renewal in June, panel manufacturers including Yida Optoelectronics (2409), Chuang Optoelectronics (3481), Caijing (6116) the second season profit should still have a bright performance. The second half of the year depends on the seesaw of the variables.
