Bonding method of display screen: OCA Bonding & Air Bonding

Today, I will show you how to bonding the display screen: OCA Bonding & Air Bonding.

From the structure of the screen, we can roughly divide the screen into three parts, from top to bottom are the protective glass, the touch screen, and the display. These three parts need to be bonded. Generally speaking, two bondings are required, one bonding is performed between the protective glass and the touch screen, and the other bonding is between the display screen and the touch screen. According to the way of lamination, it can be divided into two types:  OCA Bonding & Air Bonding.

One. Air Bonding: The CTP touch screen and the TFT display screen are simply attached and fixed with simple double-sided tape and oral adhesive.

Two. OCA Bonding: Use water glue and optical glue to seamlessly fit and fix the CTP touch screen and the TFT display screen, so that the touch screen and the display screen are completely pasted together.
