What is the products application ?
The products can be widely applied to the fields of HMI, handheld terminals, household medical products, instruments and apparatus, white goods, oiling machine, auto and AOI, etc.
What's The Payment Terms ?
Paypal can be accepted for sample, telegraphic transfer for mass production (30% deposit + 70% before shipment).
What is the minimum order quantity ?
Our standard products MOQ is 500 pcs, customized products have MOQ requirement, please contact our sales team for detailed information.
What is your delivery method ?
EXW Shenzhen, Express (DHL / FEDEX / UPS) , Air , Sea , Railway transportation, etc. or ship to your designated freight forwarder.
Are your displays RoHS and Reach compliant ?

Do you offer custom cover glass for your TFT displays ?
Yes, custom size, shape and thickness cover glass can be provided as an option. We can also include custom graphics as well as your company logo.

Can we customize product ? What cost will be included ?
The product can be customized, but TFT LCD module has different tooling cost, which includes FPC, Touch Screen, Backlight , Bezel and etc. please contact our sales team to get a quote.
Is there a way for me to evaluate a display sample without ordering large production quantities ?
Yes, we offer two options to evaluate our displays:
1. Order an evaluation kit. This kit includes all the necessary hardware and software needed to drive the display. The kit can be modified by the customer, used for extended tests, stress tests, etc.2. Request a demonstration / demo box. this is a plug-n-play unit that is intended for visual evaluation only. The demo box should NOT be modified or undergo any testing environment.
What is the typical lifespan of your display products ?
Most of our designs will remain in production for at least 5-7 years. If a design goes through an engineering change or reaches End-Of-Life, we always do our best to make our next revision equivalent to the previous version.
