Leadtek Team Building - Badminton Activities

  11 months have passed in 2021, and only one month is approaching the arrival of 2022. Leadtek’s business elites devote themselves to their work in order to achieve their respective sales targets, and they don’t spend much time to keep fit. Leadtek has always cared about everyone’s physical and mental health. On Dec 30th, Leadtek has reserved 2 indoor badminton courts so that everyone can relax while working.

   At 14:00pm in the afternoon, everyone came to the badminton hall carefully booked by Leadtek for the business elites.

  Leadtek has prepared mineral water for everyone. Everyone puts on all the equipment that has been prepared. After warming up, we will start today's main purpose-playing badminton. At the beginning, everyone used women’s singles and men’s singles, the feature is that they can freely play their own advantages to defeat the other players.

  After a period of intense exercise, everyone started to use doubles. If you want to defeat the other players, you must use teamwork. Both parties must have a tacit understanding and good cooperation. Even if the two parties are not particularly powerful, as long as they cooperate well, they can still defeat the other players.

  Although it was only a few hours, we understood what a team is, what is communication and collaboration, and how to work together and motivate each other. The strength of a team is not something that can be replaced by individual strength, Everyone in the team must be friendly, cooperative, consistent in action, and consistent in goals.
