The character dot matrix liquid crystal display module itself has a character generator, its display content is large, the function is rich, the price is moderate, and it is mainly used to display Western characters, numbers, and letters. Specific uses are: multi-function instrumentation and function display.

The characteristic of the graphic dot matrix liquid crystal display module is the continuous arrangement of pixels, which can edit and display continuous and complete graphics and text. The graphic dot matrix liquid crystal display module has a large amount of display information and strong adaptability, and is widely used in mobile phones, PDAs and various information phones.

Ⅱ. Precautions for using TFT LCD

1. When the user receives the product acceptance, if the product package is found to be obviously damaged or other quality problems, please keep it as it is and contact TFT LCD manufacturers in time;

2. When the LCD is transported, stored, and used, the temperature range must be strictly controlled, and the humidity must be maintained at 40% to 60%, and stored in a dust-free environment;

3. When using the industrial LCD display, it is not allowed to apply DC voltage, and the maximum DC component cannot exceed 50mV. When soldering LCM, pay attention to soldering only the I/O interface, and the soldering iron temperature should not be higher than 260℃. The soldering time does not exceed 3 to 4 seconds, and the PCB board should be cleaned after soldering;

4. When assembling the LCM, the operator should wear an anti-static wristband and anti-static clothing. The soldering iron and other appliances should be well grounded, and the LCD surface should be protected during soldering to prevent the flux from splashing on the surface.

5. The device should not be exposed to direct sunlight and ultraviolet rays for a long time, so as not to affect the service life.

6. Do not touch the LCD display with organic solvents. In the process of installing and using the machine, avoid hard objects to cause damage to it, and avoid contamination with grease.
